Bread
Our extensive range of Bread & Rolls are baked fresh daily. The most popular breads use:
- Unbleached White Flour
- 100% Wholemeal Flour
- Harvester Flour — made from brown flour with added malted wheat flakes
However we also make breads using Rye flour, Italian flours and French flours to produce an enhanced range of Ciabattas, Foccicias & rye breads. In fact our capacity for new ideas and flavours is endless with our new Foccacia tray bake range which includes Chilli, Garlic and Tomato being added to our family of breads.
Production
Using the most up to date modern production and baking equipment we can guarantee quality and consistency. However we ultimately rely on our dedicated managers and staff who always have the final say on our high standards of quality. “If it’s not good enough for them, it’s not good enough for you.”
Capacity
With equipment to keep over 20,000 unbaked roll pieces on storage and ovens that can bake over 8000 rolls an hour we can confidently say no order is too much for us. Couple this with a state of the art wrapping machine and slicers, you can always guarantee your bread and roll products can be made, baked, cooled, wrapped and dispatched in the most modern, hygienic way possible. This ensures quality, consistence and freshness every time which gives you the confidence to give your customer the very best every time.
