Listing over 100 confectionery lines & new products being developed all the time, we can offer anything to satisfy the sweet tooth of your customers. We pride ourselves on being able to say all our confectionery is made by hand by highly trained confectioners whose attention to detail is second to none.

From Doughnuts, Belgian & Bath Buns, Carrot cake to Chocolate sponge, Apple turnovers to Cherry pies, every item is made to our exacting standards of taste and quality. Some of our cakes are also available in Tray Bake format allowing longer shelf life and flexibility in ordering and stock control.


 

Cake Away.

This is our range of individually wrapped and labelled long shelf life flapjacks and shortbreads offering customers taste, quality and convenience for that “snack attack”. With a range of three shortbread and four flapjack flavours, there is something for every taste. All produced to the same high standards using the same high quality ingredients as our other products.

Quality Control

Quality control is overseen by the department managers who are ultimately responsible. The staff who are always alert to inferior quality or damaged products will not allow standards to be lowered. Recent investments have enabled the business to develop to a new level of efficiency and reliability. This has created a better working environment for our loyal and dedicated staff.
